They’re back!

Kelly Shinn, Alina Wilson, Ben “Benry” Henry, Brenda Lowe, Chase Rice, Jud Birza, Kelly Bruno, Matthew “Sash” Lenahan, NaOnka Mixon, Dan Lembo, Holly Hoffman, Jane Bright, Jill Behm, Marty Pimobo, Tyrone Davis, and Yve Rojas return.

No more Jimmy T. referring Jimmy T. to Jimmy T.

Did your favorite go home this week?

At the start of the show we were treated to a comprehensive and uncomfortable review of last week, again reliving NaOnka vs. Kelly B.

What will this week bring?

I can’t wait to see…

In a huge twist, and at the first challenge, they changed up the game, shifting the tribes and creating havoc.

Isn’t that the spirit of Survivor?

The whole game started over fresh.  At the challenge, the teams had to throw balls onto a board with pegs while members of the other team tried to catch them.

It was close, but in the end Marty literally dropped the ball, and Espada took home the prize.

It was almost as if the producers mixed it all up on purpose…almost as if they were gauging the game and making an on-the-spot decision about how to mix it all up.

Jane seemed fine with her new tribe, as did Holly.  For Holly, she represents the critical swing vote on her new tribe, joining the younger folks to vote out the older.

At La Flor, Marty showed his idol to the new teammates and they seemed shocked.  Brenda seemed to think his reveal was a dumb move and she was clearly not impressed with his attempt to hold court.

NaOnka was miserable in the rain, and was forced to find a new port in the storm…Alina.  It’s amazing how quickly fortunes and friendships change.

At the immunity challenge, the tribes had to use balls to break tiles.  In the end, Fabio threw the winning ball, cementing his new tribe.

NaOnka told the camera that she was “over it” and Tyrone argued against killing a chicken.

Drama?

Oh, yeah.

The tribe felt Tyrone ate more than his fair share and Benry wants him voted off, but there was a lot of talk about NaOnka.

Tyrone was called out as the leader and he admitted that he embraced the position.  NaOnka claimed that she has a lot of support on her new tribe, unlike when she got her divorce, which she admitted was a trying time in her life.

In the end, it was Tyrone with five votes, and NaOnka hanging on for another week.

  1. I was indeed hunting for the specifics about this week’s show of Survivor Nicaragua and I arrived on this website. I do not figure out the reason why the group did not actually eat the rooster in place of one of the female birds. The hens deliver eggs. Nevertheless I believed the water task was near to torture and rather irresponsible. I suppose that as a whole this season’s players are plain individuals and not highly intelligent men and women like in the last few episodes!
